Instructions to fix audio issue on the Twin 2 model:

*If one of the speakers on your Twin 2 isn't working, please *follow these steps to resolve the issue:
*Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.
*Turn on both units of Twin 2.
*Once both units are on, turn your phone’s Bluetooth back on.
*Connect to the device as usual.
*After completing these steps, your Twin 2 should work normally.
